The filebrowser of Image Info Toolkit will help you to get a quick overview over all images in one folder. You can move single files or groups of images into a new folder at once and use this way to prepare e.g. groups of similar images for further processing .

1. Display images of one folder within the filebrowser
To open a folder of images using the filebrowser or to start a slide show, choose " Open folder.." from the "File" menu. A dialog box appears where you can choose the desired folder and all images within this folder will be displayed on the left side of the opening filebrowser window. -top- |

2. How to move images from one folder to the other
Image Info Toolkit offers two different choices to sort and move images from one folder to another : a. Drag a single image with mouse button down into the right part of the filebrowser window. If you haven't chosen a destination folder yet, you willl be asked to define it now. b. Mark as many images as you like using the check box (1). You can continue your selection on the following file browser sites. When you finshed your selection, simply drag one of the marked images with mouse button down into the right part of the file browser window. All other marked images will move as well. If you haven't chosen a destination folder yet, you willl be asked to define it now. When you close the file browser window you will be asked if the selected images should really move from one folder to the other. Only if you confirm, the files will be moved. -top- |

4. How to open an image for IPTC editing
A single click on one thumbnail with command key pressed (Windows ctrl oder strg) will open the IPTC information window of this image, where you can edit the IPTC information. (s.a. edit image information) -top- |

5. How to browse through an image selection
The filebrowser of Image Info Toolkit will display the image selections within your source folder and destination folder page wise. To move from one page to the next, you need to click on the navigation buttons 3. Using the left button row you can navigate within the scource folder. The right one will navigate within the destination folder. -top- |

6. How to start a slide show
If you need a more detailed look on the images within one folder you can display them in full screen size one after the other with the new slide show tool. To open and present the images in slide show mode, click on one of the small canvas symboles. ( The canvas symbole on the right side of your filebrowser window will be displayed only if there are already images within the destination folder. ) A window like the sample below will open. -top- |

7. The navigation panel of the slide show window
Use the navigation button 2 to step from one image to the next by mouse click. If you want to run an automatical slide show, click on button 3. Choose the time you want to display a single image from the combo box 1., or set your individual interval by typing a number. You can stop a slide show by clicking on button 3 again. Analog to the fliebrowser window you can mark single images during the slide show. This selection will be valid and displayed within the filebrowser after the slide show window has been closed. -top- |
